Get creative, bake and decorate! In our bento cake workshop, you will learn how to make the trendy mini tarts yourself. Perfect as a gift or simply to snack on!

About me:
Hello! I'm Chi, the founder of Café Amélie Coffee and Breakfast in Berlin.
Originally from Vietnam, I brought my love for baking and my enthusiasm for creative desserts here. At Café Amélie, I combine my passion for cozy café culture with unique sweet creations — from bento cakes to matcha latte.
When I'm not trying out new recipes or giving workshops, I enjoy chatting with my guests and experiencing the relaxed atmosphere in the café. Have a look — I'm looking forward to seeing you!
What you’ll do in the class
1 ️ ⟶ We fill the cake and apply the first layer of icing.
2 ️ ⟶ While the cake is being cooled, all participants practice with the piping bag and learn various patterns and techniques.
3 ️ ⟶ Now it's getting colorful! You color your cream yourself and decorate your bento cake according to your ideas.
4 ️ ⟶ Finally, a wide selection of pearls and sprinkles is available to make your cake perfect.
During the workshop, we offer all participants water and a drink from the menu.
