Dive into an unparalleled training experience with our “Barre à Terre” course, also known as “Floor Barre”. This special fitness course is aimed at adults and offers you a comprehensive full body workout that uses a unique combination of ballet and fitness exercises.
In a combination of powerful stabilization exercises and targeted stretching sessions, you strengthen and mobilize your muscles and promote your mobility at the same time. However, this course goes beyond pure muscle training: Through balanced cardio training and precise movement sequences to coordinate arms, legs and head, you develop deeper body awareness and a harmonious interplay of all body parts.
Under the professional guidance of an experienced ballet teacher, who will introduce you to the French method, you will learn flowing, musically accompanied movements. You perform these exercises sitting, lying down and on your hips and can thus experience the movements of classical ballet holistically and intensively — without straining your joints.
