In good company, we bake in a modern kitchen in Hamburg's HafenCity and enjoy the view of the Elbe. The result is traditional cardamom buns and tebollers — handmade, fragrant and delicious.
Get to know the magic of cardamom and tips and tricks about yeast dough, braiding and baking — with freshly selected, regional organic ingredients, of course.
A pinch of hygge creates a piece of Nordic comfort — fresh out of the oven and made with love.
At the end of the course, take home your homemade works and thus a piece of Scandinavia.
