What is included in the class?

  • Live guidance: The courses take place as interactive live sessions.
  • Theoretical basics: You will learn basic knowledge of Dosha theory (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), the digestive fire Agni and the effects of spices.
  • Digital documents: You will receive a detailed shopping list so that you can get the groceries you need in advance.
  • Cooking together: Step-by-step preparation of an Ayurvedic menu under professional guidance.

What you’ll do in the class

1. Preparation (approx. 1 week in advance)

  • Documents: You will receive a shopping list and recipes via email or as a download.
  • Purchase: You buy the fresh ingredients yourself.
  • Technical check: You will receive a dial-in link for live courses. A laptop with camera and microphone as well as a stable Internet connection are required.

2. Implementation (The course day)

  • Introduction to theory: Introduction to dosha theory, spicology and the effect of ingredients on the body.
  • Assisted cooking: Martin accompanies you step by step through the preparation of the breakfast menus live or via video.
  • Interaction: In live format, you can ask questions directly at any time if a step is unclear to you.

3. Follow-up & completion

  • Eating together: After cooking, live classes will virtually eat together and share experiences.
