Are you interested in Ayurveda & Yoga and would like to know more about it?
In this day workshop, you will learn the basics of Ayurvedic healing and how individual yoga exercises can help you stay in your center.
In particular, how you can implement the knowledge in a suitable way for everyday use.
We start with a yoga class, suitable for all levels; then we enjoy a vegan, Ayurvedic brunch together, prepared from seasonal organic products.
In the subsequent part of the workshop, we will take you on a journey into the basics of Ayurvedic health theory. We start with a small Dosha test and evaluate it together. You will get an overview of the 3 metabolic types Vata, Pitta and Kapha and why the connection to the seasons is so important.
The workshop ends with dinner and a heart-opening yin yoga session, accompanied by mantras on the harmonium.
The focus of this workshop is primarily on how you can experience more energy and lightness in everyday life through an Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle. Eating an Ayurvedic diet doesn't mean eating according to lists or following strict rules. It's more about discovering what's right for you so that you can experience more energy and ease in everyday life.

- 17.30 — 18.30 Yin yoga with harmonium accompaniment

This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to learn about Ayurveda. No previous experience is required.
