What you’ll do in the class

You will not only learn how to paint with watercolors, but you will also create your own unique piece for every occasion. In this watercolor course, we create Christmas and New Year cards together.

The watercolor course takes place in various locations!

Wednesdays at the café “Where is Tom? “at Zülpicher Str. 309 in Cologne-Sülz. On Mondays at the “Potpourri” restaurant in the Altenberger Hof community center, Mauenheimer Str. 92, 50733 Cologne. On weekends, the courses ALWAYS take place at the You-Craft-IT studio in Cologne-Pesch, Jakobusstraße 30, 50767 Cologne.

Who is the class suitable for?

The course is suitable for anyone who wants to make their greetings a bit more personal. I'll show you all painting techniques step by step. Here you can also read again what to expect when painting watercolors.

I provide all necessary materials and have great examples with me that serve as inspiration.

300 g watercolor handmade paper postcards (pack of 2)
Pigment liner in black, white and metallic colors
high-quality watercolors and, for the glam factor, 12 new metallic watercolors!
various watercolor brushes
Text stamp from “Perlenfischer” and various stamp colors
Feel free to bring your own watercolor box if you already have one of your own.

The course was great, both in terms of the size of the group, the instructor and also the learning success. There were not too many of us, everyone could easily draw two cards. In the beginning, everything was explained in a very basic way and Susanne explained things in a very pleasant and easy way to understand, even between things.
