After this first round of preparation, we will prepare a hearty breakfast together, which will get you in the perfect mood for the BBQ day. Because one thing is clear: Good barbecues take time, but waiting should not only be fun, but should also be accompanied by culinary delights.

Over the course of the day, we will gradually prepare all BBQ classics. We will show you how to cook brisket, pulled pork, beef short ribs, spare ribs and BBQ chicken to perfection. But the right side dishes are also a must — from creamy mac and cheese to smoky dips and sauces.
