Become a “certified chocolatier” and master how to use chocolate coating! In this seminar, you will learn everything you need to know about chocolate coating processing. Because we focus on learning by doing.
The course covers the following topics:
- Pre-crystallizing/tempering chocolate coating: Learn how to optimally temperature chocolate coating to achieve a perfect result.
- Ganache and chocolate fillings: Dive into the world of ganache and learn about different fillings for chocolates.
- Making cast chocolates from molds: Experience the original and original production of confectionery by pouring chocolates into molds.
- Casting chocolate bars: Each participant has the opportunity to pour different types of chocolate bars themselves.
- Making truffle balls: Learn how to make truffles, from dark truffles to milk truffles to champagne truffles and much more.
- Insight into various decorative manufacturing techniques: Discover the various ways of decorating chocolate products.
