About this class
Do you often feel stressed, have difficulty concentrating or do you find it difficult to sleep? Are you often tense or do you have to deal with tensions in your head?
Then I would like to invite you to dive deeper into the world of essential oils with me. We'll talk about topics such as stress, sleep, tension, fatigue, and concentration. But also what our emotions have to do with our health. I would like to help you to help yourself so that you can take control of your well-being yourself.
You'll mix your own oil roller and take it home. You can also test and try various oils.
What you’ll do in the class
Introduction
We start off relaxed and dive into the world of essential oils. You'll learn how they can help you with stress, sleep problems and tension. We talk about what emotions have to do with your well-being and how you can bring more balance to your everyday life with simple applications.
Mixing oil rollers
Now it gets practical: You test different oils and choose the ones that suit your needs. You then mix your own oil roller, which you can take straight home with your information material.
Aroma consultant Stefanie Laarmann will lead the workshop and will be happy to advise you on individual questions.
