Our rice cure is NOT a STRICT fasting regimen, which is not recommended in TCM nutrition anyway, as it would weaken qi (our life energy) and our precious body fluids too much. Our treatment is NICE and yet very EFFECTIVE, or so effective because it is kind to us and to our body. It helps you to relieve your body in a gentle way after a fat, hot winter meal, remove the so-called moist heat, fix possible stagnation and thus prepare yourself
perfectly for spring so that the liver — the spring organ — can develop its creativity, dreams and visions and you can tackle your projects with momentum and assertiveness. You will be able to find out the more detailed “translation” of this TCM view and the benefits of a rice cure in
spring on the kick-off evening.
Who is a rice cure NOT suitable for:
- For pregnant and lactating women
- for kids
- for underweight or severely overweight people
- in case of severe physical weakness or after a serious illness
- In case of severe internal cold
If you are uncertain, we recommend that you seek medical advice before a treatment.
Schedule:
- Sunday 6.3 A kick-off meeting via Zoom at 20:00 at the start of the treatment with a detailed explanation of the effect and procedure of the rice cure
- Monday, 7.3 Start with 3 days off
- Tuesday 8.3 19:00 Online cooking class - we cook the basic rice cure recipes together online: congee, miso soup, fruit compote, etc. - You can join in the cooking or just watch and we will answer your questions
- Thursday 10. 3 Start the rice cure. 3/6/9 program — decide for yourself (gladly with our support) how long you would like to carry out the pure rice cure - 3 days, 6 days or a full program - i.e. 9 days. Note - longer doesn't always mean better! Here, too, the rule is often: less is more! The duration of the actual rice cure depends on your constitution and state of health, 9-day treatment is generally suitable for
people who have to deal with severe filling problems, otherwise we recommend 3—6 days. - Tuesday 15.3 Online cooking class with further rice course recipes and recipes for set-up days as well as a question and answer session
- 18-19.3 construction days
- Sunday 20.3 Q&A final round via Zoom at 20:00

What to bring?
A good mood, a stable Internet connection for the zoom meetings and the desire to carry out a travel cure.
What is included?
- 2-week support from us including recipes, shopping list, shopping tips and meal plan for each day of treatment
- Daily motivation and tips via WA or signal, as well as a Shin Jyutsu self-help grip (i.e. description of the body parts on which you should hold your hands for approx. 5-10 minutes), which will help you, your body and soul in the cleansing process.
- And last but not least — you can of course always contact us if you have any questions or concerns before, during and after the treatment.
