It was such a nice workshop! We learned to make so many different pastries (8 different kinds?) And croissant and fougasse! Can't recommend the course enough. The place was perfectly equipped and Yaheli was also a really good teacher. Will surely book more courses with her!

I gave the course as a gift to my 12-year-old grandson. His chauffeur father was allowed to sit and watch as a guest. Both were very impressed by both the teaching and the recipes and are already thinking about which course they want to take next.

The chocolate workshop was a very rewarding experience.
It is rather rare to pour chocolate and make chocolates yourself.
The course instructor Yahel also supervised everything well.
There were also opportunities to get creative yourself.
As a team event, we can highly recommend this.

Yahel was an excellent teacher, with a lot of experience both as a chocolatier and as an instructor. She clearly conveyed good, easy techniques for getting started with chocolate. The materials were very good, and they were very generous with them. We made a variety of sweets and chocolates, which served as a basis for creating our own variations. I highly recommend her!

We had a great time at the course and enjoyed it thoroughly! The setting was great, we created various tart options, and collected tips and tricks from Yahel to take home with us. The treats were delicious and I would recommend the course to family and friends. We were able to add our own twist to things, and she made us feel right at home in the space:)

We went there to bake cookies for our Christmas party with 14 people. We had a lot of fun and they were delicious recipes. Yahel was a very friendly, lovely and attentive host. We ate delicious food before the course and then started the baking class comfortably. The buffet offered was very good and adequate.
We enjoyed the evening.

Get to know yahelis cake
Since I was a child, I always wanted to create new things and never cared about what or where. I used to participate in different types of art courses.
In 2016, I have decided that I wanted to do something for myself, therefore, I was studying in one of the best patisserie chef's school, Estella - Master Class, where I could develop in a professional way.
I have finished my studies 7 months later, and immediately continued to the next step which was a Chocolaterie Studies!
After completing all the studies, I have realized that I wish to share my passion and create it with you!
