Story — Ein Leben
Our shared story began in 1982. Our first wine together also came from this year, back then as a sideline. Since 1993, we have dedicated ourselves entirely to viticulture. We now cultivate 30 hectares of vineyards. 70% of this is planted with white grape varieties, which are almost entirely processed into sweet wine.
Processing - natural and unadulterated
Without exception, we carefully produce our quality wines with chilled, controlled fermentation in steel tanks or in small wooden barrels. We vinify dry white wines in steel tanks, red wines in steel tanks and barriques. We give everyone time to become.
Harvest - dexterity
Every grape variety, every location, every vintage is different and requires a lot of experience and sensitivity. All vintages are an asset to our cellar, our work and our development.
Climate & soil - We're lucky
The Neusiedlersee-Seewinkel National Park, in which our vineyards are located, offers ideal conditions for producing the finest wines of the highest quality. The mild Pannonian climate and the paints and salt paints spread around the lake, between
which our vineyards lie, provide warm days, cool nights and so important moisture for the noble mold “Botrytis cinerea”. Fine sandy soils, light gravel soils, mineral salt soils and dark black soil characterize our wines.
