The Painting Room Hamburg: painting and drawing courses

My first experience with texture painting was really good. I was able to try out everything in peace and ask questions when I had any. The space was very inspiring for me.

It was a lot of fun! I was helped to implement my ideas until the final result. 🌈

Had a great evening! Very cozy, great advice, nice colors, lots of space and nice advice. A nice creative experience, for once Get away from everyday life.

We were given plenty of room for our creative development and, upon request, the course instructor gave us tips and assistance. The instructor is very friendly. The selection of materials, colors and tools is very wide. We had a lot of fun and would definitely come back again.

We were newcomers to the field and the workshop provides a good overview of what you can do with this technique and even came out of it something nice.

This workshop was really great. I painted with oil pastel chalk for the first time and the painting and the result were brilliant. Very nice instructor. It's great to have a course like this in Fuhlsbüttel.

The instructor was super nice. She always responded to our wishes and provided support without depriving you of creative freedom. Would highly recommend it for people who want to get creative in a relaxed atmosphere without much guidance.

It was exciting to work with the different textures & colors and try things out. Yoyo's subtle support was just right and very helpful.

The workshop is suitable for every skill level. The atmosphere was so nice, Yoyo took a lot of time for us. We will definitely be back!

The very nice course instructor Yoyo has provided us with all her available materials. That was very generous! There were hardly any guidelines. Everyone was able to develop and develop freely. 4 very different works of art were created. Each wonderful in its own right. Important optimization suggestion: Each participant has very own ideas, including speed. The course leader should provide ideas/suggestions, but not lend a hand or change them themselves, in the pictures of the participants.

It was a creative, great afternoon. Nice and attentive course instructor who is also happy to contribute her ideas again. Small, cute studio but a bit harder to find.

Very friendly, helpful and interesting

I had the opportunity to take part in a two-hour abstract art painting class and it was a truly enriching experience! We ourselves have never painted before and Yoyo has taught the basic principles of abstract art in a very accessible way. I particularly liked the fact that there was plenty of room for individual creativity and that people were encouraged to work completely freely and intuitively. We absolutely recommend the course.
