Mega disappointed with the contact afterwards. The course was in English. 45 minutes shorter than booked in advance. According to booking, snacks are also included. There was tea, that was all. Candle should be picked up the next day. However, I do not live in Berlin. If you know that beforehand, you can prepare yourself for it. There should be an information sheet afterwards, nor was it sent along with it. The course itself was nicely run, but it's not worth the price in retrospect, as I'm more annoyed by the entire process. Normally I would have avoided the bad review and would rather have clarified it in person, but no one responded to that. The candle was kindly sent home.

The old address of the shop was still listed on Confetti's website and in the emails, so we were in front of a locked door for now. We then drove to the new shop. The instructor was kind enough to wait for us there. In itself, we found the course very nicely designed. However, it turned out at home that the scents of candles are too strong for some of us.

Get to know the MUNIO
Die Idee von Munio oder der Kerzenherstellung begann, als unsere Gründerin Elina ein Café besaß. Überall waren Kerzen, um eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Das Verbrennen von Hunderten von Kerzen pro Monat hatte seinen Preis. Es musste einen besseren Weg geben. Elina begann mit der Erforschung der Kerzenherstellung und stieß auf Sojawachs als Alternative zu Paraffin. Es hat doppelt so lange gebrannt! Elina und zwei Freunde machten das Kerzenmachen 2007 zu einem Hobby, das schnell zu einem Geschäft wurde.
2012 schloss sich Elina mit ihrer Schwester Laura zusammen, um das Powerhouse-Team zu gründen, das sie heute sind. Sie passen perfekt zusammen — was Elina in den Bereichen Kreativität und Produktentwicklung mitbringt, passt Laura in Produktion, Logistik und Finanzen. Ein wirklich demokratischer Ansatz für alles steht hinter allen Entscheidungen bei Munio. Diese Denkweise unterscheidet Munio von anderen. Wir sind ein Designstudio für Kerzen und Hautpflege, das stolz auf sein engmaschiges Team ist und hochwertige Produkte in kleinen Chargen herstellt.
