I am a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher and would like to share my joy of movement with you. I've been practicing yoga since 2018 and have continued to develop my classes and style ever since.
In my courses, I focus on strength and mobility, supported by breathing exercises - completely without a spiritual monologue.
It can be demanding, it can be exhausting, it can be very mindful of the limits and beyond - expanding the comfort zone a bit by bit.
