I am Jessi — also known as “Schmucki”, the founder of Refined Bohemia. My heart beats for handmade jewelry that is more than just an accessory. My mission is to bring people together through creative jewelry design and lovingly designed workshops, inspiring and creating unforgettable moments.

I founded Refined Bohemia on the floor of my nursery in September 2016 and taught myself how to make jewelry over the years. It has always been my dream to turn my creativity into something of my own — and today that dream has become a reality. In my studio, I make individual pieces of jewelry for special occasions, accompany bridal couples with their jewelry concept or pass on my knowledge in workshops.

Location — My studio at “The Framehouse” in Siegen

My creative home is Refined Bohemia's studio in The Framehouse, a former nursery in Siegen-Langenholdinghausen (North Rhine-Westphalia). This is where showroom meets workshop — a place where jewelry is made, visitors can be inspired and custom-made products can be discussed in peace and quiet.

The room is flooded with light, charming and full of creativity — with lovely details, decorative patterns to try on and an atmosphere that invites people to take time and be inspired. In addition to the workshop and showroom, the Framehouse also has space for workshops and events.

Capacity: Depending on the format, up to 12 people can work creatively at the same time for workshops and small group events. The second barn is also available for larger groups.

My jewelry workshops are short breaks from everyday life. Hours full of creativity, conversation, laughter — and in the end, each participant has their very personal piece of jewelry in their hands.

In a relaxed atmosphere, we dive into the world of pearls, crystals and high-quality materials together. I'll show you step by step how your piece of jewelry is made — completely without pressure, but with a lot of joy in designing.

You decide for yourself what you want to make: whether it's a headdress, necklace, bracelet or earrings — your style, your colors, your design.

All materials and tools are available to you. You don't need any previous knowledge — just a desire for creativity. I will accompany you with personal guidance, share my knowledge from many years of jewelry design and support you with heart and patience.

And the best part: In the
end, you take 1-2 pieces of homemade jewelry home — truly unique pieces with meaning. Jewelry that always reminds you of that special day.

Regardless of whether you are working creatively for the first time or already have experience — I want you to feel welcome, inspired and seen.

Yes, I love private events! Because this is once again creating a very special dynamic.

Whether it's a bachelorette party, birthday, baby shower or company party — my workshops create a setting in which people laugh, create and experience together. It's not just about making jewelry. It's about creating memories.
