Pralini Palace — chocolate with passion, creativity and precision
I am Platini, founder of Pralini Palace and a passionate self-made chocolatier from Frankfurt am Main. My journey into the world of chocolate originally began as a personal hobby. I started making handmade chocolates for friends, family and colleagues — out of curiosity, the joy of experimenting and, above all, out of my enthusiasm for chocolate. Over time, this hobby developed into my great passion and finally my own chocolate factory.
My professional background is rather unusual: I am an engineer for materials and product development. It is precisely this combination of technical understanding, precision and creativity that shapes my work as a chocolatier today. For me, a chocolate is not just a candy. It is a small product in which texture, temperature, consistency, aromas and appearance must work together perfectly.
Pralini Palace creates handmade chocolates with creative and sometimes unusual flavor combinations. In doing so, I love reinterpreting classic recipes and developing new combinations over and over again.
My mission at the workshops is to pass on this passion. I want to show that making high-quality chocolates doesn't have to remain a secret. The participants should not only produce delicious chocolates, but also understand what lies behind chocolate, tempering, fillings and proper processing.
At the end, every participant should be able to say: “I made these chocolates myself! “
And that is exactly what I want to create with my workshops: learn together, be creative, try things out — and of course enjoy lots of chocolate.
The location
The Pralini Palace chocolate workshops take place in Dealer de Vin's stylish premises in Frankfurt am Main. In this special environment, which is ideal for enjoyable and convivial experiences, wine and chocolate culture combine to create a unique workshop setting. There, the chocolates are prepared under optimal conditions, so that the workshop itself focuses entirely on creative work, tasting and the shared experience.
Individual chocolate creations are created under expert guidance, accompanied by exciting insights into the world of chocolate and lots of practical tips.
This turns the workshop into a special culinary experience that combines craftsmanship, creativity and social gatherings.
Number of participants: The workshops are suitable for groups of up to 10 people
Courses & events — experience chocolate and make your own chocolates
My chocolate workshops aren't just about imitating a recipe. The participants experience the entire process and learn the most important basics of chocolate production.
There is a particular focus on practical work. Among other things, we deal with chocolate, tempering, fillings, consistencies, aromas and the design of chocolates. Of course, you can also try, experiment and work creatively.
What makes my workshops special is the combination of professional know-how and a personal atmosphere. Thanks to my background in material and product development, I look at chocolate not only from a culinary perspective, but also from a technical and creative perspective.
The participants get an authentic insight into the world of a chocolatier and make their own chocolates, which they can of course take home.
The result: a creative experience, new knowledge and homemade chocolates — instead of simply a course to watch.

Team events & private events — experience chocolate together
Chocolates are great for bringing people together. That is why I also offer my workshops for private groups, groups of friends, birthdays and team events.
The special thing: The focus here is not on the classic “cooking class character”. The participants work together on something that they can actually take home afterwards — their own handmade chocolates.
Whether as a team building, birthday, bachelor party, private evening with friends or a special corporate event: The group experiences a creative and enjoyable workshop together.
This quickly creates a relaxed atmosphere because everyone actively participates, takes on various tasks and, of course, is allowed to try things out in between.
On request, the workshops can also be individually tailored to the respective group — for example with regard to taste, topic or occasion.
Making chocolate together, laughing together and enjoying together at the end: That is exactly what makes a Pralini Palace event a special group experience.
