Why play is so effective for teams
I am Esther, improv player and workshop facilitator with a background in teaching and educational work. This combination shapes my work: a good sense of group processes, and the conviction that people learn the most when they experience something for themselves.
For me, improvisation is not just a stage format, but a practice: paying attention, reacting, letting go, creating together. That is exactly where their potential for teams lies.
My mission is to make games accessible as a space of experience — for more trust, clarity and real connection in cooperation.
We'll go to where you work
I'll come directly to your company or to a location of your choice. This makes the workshops easy to integrate and close to your daily work routine.
All you need is a room with some freedom of movement. The formats are flexible and can be adapted to different group sizes and contexts — from small teams to larger groups.
What happens in the workshops
My workshops are playful, experience-based and open to everyone — without any previous experience. There is no watching, no right or wrong, no pressure to perform.
With improvisation exercises, movement and simple games, a space is created to try out, react and experience together. Humor, minor irritations and surprising moments are just as much a part of this as depth and connection.
Each workshop is created by the group and adapts to what is needed at the moment.
Why teams benefit
I offer team events and private group formats that bring people together beyond roles, responsibilities and hierarchies.
Experience teams:
- more trust and openness
- clearer, more vivid communication
- Connect through shared experience
- new perspectives on collaboration
Instead of traditional team building tasks, a shared space of experience is created that is easy, fun and has a lasting effect.
