Nicole Paar - Yin Yoga and more

I am a Yin yoga teacher (200h Yoga Alliance certified) and am currently training the additional 300h at Nourish Yoga Training.
I have been working on personal development and the human psyche since 2013. After practicing yoga myself since 2015, I successfully completed my yoga teacher training in Goa, India in March 2020.
I am convinced that we must look at and support our body holistically in order to be able to live a satisfied and authentic life.
