Hi! I am Juliane, a new mom and founder of Das Nest, Frankfurt. The Nest is your studio in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen for good yoga, sound bath and mat pilates. Your place of wellbeing for everything related to fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation, recovery, hormones and much more.
Our studio can accommodate a maximum of 24 people. We are equipped with a small tea corner, changing room, changing room and play area for the little ones. Cars, bikes and strollers can be parked right on site. Bus 30, M36 with stop “Brauerei” also goes right outside our door:)
