A great entertaining course in a small group, in which May gave us lots of professional tips. Thanks for that 👍. It was really fun and we were able to take home our small, tasty “work of art” at the end of the course. Perfect 👌

Clean and big kitchen! May is very calm and explains everything down to the smallest detail and comprehensibly. The course was a lot of fun, I learned a lot! I am thankful for this wonderful time. The macarons are incredibly delicious! I would love to come back!!!

Get to know Meijin

I love art. I was born in Malaysia and later worked in Singapore. In Japan, I learned pastry and traditional paper folding (origami). In Germany, I completed my confectionary training at Cafe Riese (Schildergasse). During my training, I studied in France, among others. I regularly continue my education internationally and can therefore offer training on new techniques that are special and still little known in Germany.
