A really great afternoon! Meijing was super organized, there was enough time for everyone! Since we were 5 participants, everything was very relaxed. We had a lot of fun and there were lots of tips. Definitely recommended.!

I really enjoyed the course. We had fewer participants than usual and it was super pleasant. I was able to learn a lot, we were given tips that I will definitely use and the teacher was super nice.

The instructor was super friendly, explained every step to us in detail and answered our questions with lots of additional explanations.
The selection of colors and flavors was huge.
We had a great afternoon, the time flew by way too quickly, our variations were all delicious. We would love to come back again.

Clean and big kitchen! May is very calm and explains everything down to the smallest detail and comprehensibly. The course was a lot of fun, I learned a lot! I am thankful for this wonderful time. The macarons are incredibly delicious! I would love to come back!!!

Get to know Meijin
I love art. I was born in Malaysia and later worked in Singapore. In Japan, I learned pastry and traditional paper folding (origami). In Germany, I completed my confectionary training at Cafe Riese (Schildergasse). During my training, I studied in France, among others. I regularly continue my education internationally and can therefore offer training on new techniques that are special and still little known in Germany.
