Get to know ImproActing

If you also love to improvise with maximum freedom, then I can recommend ImproActing. You are not limited to any area of artistic presentation. Singing, dancing, speaking, sounding or anything else that requires attention at the moment is possible. This is possible alone, as a couple or in a small group. Although ImproActing focuses on introspective, and you can learn and learn a lot about yourself through this improvisation, it is also possible to expand your expressive options. You decide for yourself how deep you dive into reflection. The exercises are kept simple so that you can think as wearily as possible and to perceive and feel more. This also means that you are responsible for how interesting the improvisation becomes for you, depending on how curious you are about yourself and keen to experiment.

ImproActing is aimed at all people who are curious to improvise with voice, language and movement and who want to explore their own expressive power. In contrast to theatre sport/impro-theatre, ImproActing's only goal is not to build logical storylines.

Instead, impressionistic and expressionist images are created, which are an expression of the inspiration of the performer (s). By interpreting the observer, what has been seen acquires its individual meaning.

“Material” for this work is provided by the conscious perception of body impulses, emotions and ideas that require your attention at the moment. You will experience vocal, physical and linguistic expansion of your creative potential. Direct access to conscious and unconscious body memory is “trained”.

In group and individual work, people experiment with time, space, form, dynamics, musicality, movement and voice. Patterns and habits are being broken. Among other things, body awareness, self-perception and the ability to express yourself are increased and expanded.
