At the 1.Münchner Grillschule, there are lessons from professionals. Specialist Erwin Bauer teaches beginners the ABC of barbecues and gives ambitious amateur grillers tutoring about beefers, smokers, etc. For four to five enjoyable hours, fish, steaks of various cuts and even fruit end up on the grill. Weatherproof clothing and fun grilling are the only requirements for a successful and enjoyable barbecue seminar.
