Get to know Durga Yoga
I am a certified yoga and breathwork teacher from India, now based in Augsburg. Yoga has always been part of my cultural background, but after more than a decade in the corporate world, I chose to share these traditional practices in a practical and modern way.
Each class helps people slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves through authentic Hatha yoga, breathwork, and meditation. The classes are calm, structured, and accessible for all levels.
Location
All sessions are currently offered online, so you can join comfortably from home or during your workday. The atmosphere is simple, focused, and distraction-free, helping you fully switch off from daily demands.

My classes combine traditional Indian yoga with modern stress management. You will experience movement, breathwork, and meditation that support nervous system balance, posture, and mental clarity.
The focus is not on performance, but on long-term well-being and inner calm.
