From salt boiler to team development
A long time ago, there was the profession of salt boiler. The aim of the salt boilers was to crystallize out the salt through careful “boiling”. I owe my last name to these mindful day workers and see parallels to my work:
I have set myself the task of taking a more differentiated look at the areas of my working world and paying attention to details below the surface. I would be happy to take a look at your professional system together with you and your team and identify topics that need to be addressed. Together, we will find solutions that are just right for you, your company or the team. Team development in all shapes and colors is my specialty.
Team development: Behind words and looks
As a team developer, I hear what isn't being said. What arrives and doesn't arrive. What is concealed or self-evident. Looking from different perspectives is an important tool for me. Team development serves to improve specific work situations by making dynamics visible. Topics such as differentiation, dealing with burdens, and self-protection always accompany my work.
When teams develop in my workshops, we work together on questions such as:
- Where is the team currently?
- What framework conditions exist and can still be created?
- How can a good working atmosphere be created?
Through a team workshop, we recognize how teams are changing and what managers can do to prevent conflicts. Communication within the team is improved. When there are crises in the team, team development is an essential tool to improve collaboration. When every employee can contribute themselves and contribute their own values and goals to the joint workshop, team cohesion is promoted and employees feel more connected to the company.
