It was a very exciting private evening. It was perfectly organized and structured. There was a hustle and bustle at the various places in the kitchen, you could get involved wonderfully, yet everything was relaxed and educational. I thought it was nice that we were able to sit together again and again after preparing the corridors and those who were responsible for this spoke up and presented their food. Daniel always brought his knowledge, tricks and tips to the table.
