-My name is Robert York. I am a trained musician and teacher with many years of experience as a musician in and with bands of various styles. I offer THE band experience for team building events in companies. If you've always wanted to play in a band but have never learned an instrument or had the opportunity to play with others, then this is the team building event for you. You don't need any previous experience, just a willingness to try. During the event, you will learn how to play an instrument, rehearse a piece with your band and perform it. You'll need to work closely with your band mates to get a good performance. Band coaching is a great opportunity to develop more trust and collaboration within a team, and it's a lot of fun.

The coaching sessions take place in one of Berlin's many great rehearsal rooms. The instruments are provided and it is possible to buy drinks or snacks on site. At the end of the session, your performance will be filmed and given to you as proof of your incredible work.

Berlin Band coaching is pretty unique. There are only a few providers of this service and even fewer with our experience and expertise.

The sessions are aimed at team building, but not exclusively for companies. If you and your friends want to attend a private event, this can be organized.
