I am Ulrike Salzmann, phytotherapist/herbalist and Waldbaden course instructor, from Berlin.

Here on the outskirts of the vibrant city, I have my plant kingdom, in which I have been passionately gardening for many years.

My natural garden is colorful, diverse and educational. There are plants and animals to watch and get to know.

My herbology training a few years ago turned my life upside down and in addition to gardening, my passion for herbal medicine sparked.

And once you dive into the plant world, it opens up new aspects at every turn. There was also arboriculture training.

Since I know from my own experience how helpful and healing the forest can be and how it can restore the connection to our mother earth, I have decided to pass on these findings to other people. I was trained as a forest bathing teacher at the Forest Bathing Academy.

And so I have now become filled with the world of herbs and trees and a naturalist who follows in the footsteps of Paracelsus, Humboldt and Linnaeus!

It is time to pass on my fascination with green beings to you. I would like to share my knowledge of the secrets of the plant world with you and also give you this magical feeling of connection with nature!
