🤗 Can only be recommended! Great nature-loving atmosphere with an insight into the Ayurvedic diet, as well as the appropriate relaxation exercises were very stimulating. 🌿🧘👍

All in all, the course was very good, took place in a very nice room with a well-equipped kitchen. Tina is super friendly and explained the Ayurveda principle to us briefly and then we cooked and tasted delicious dishes together. The background to Ayurveda and cooking techniques could have been further developed for my taste, but as a beginner course, the course is ideal for getting to know the kitchen.

I am Tina, yoga and Ayurveda have played a central role in my life for over 10 years. I am a certified Ayurveda therapist, yoga teacher and passionate cook.
