I am Tina, yoga and Ayurveda have played a central role in my life for over 10 years. I am a certified Ayurveda therapist, yoga teacher and passionate cook.
It was food intolerances and recurring inflammations that led me to Ayurveda through many detours. With my offers, I would like to help you find your balance and thus experience a better quality of life in everyday life. Free from strict rules and prohibitions.
