What you’ll do in the class
Experience the transformative power of fasting in our two-day weekend fasting course. The course can be ideally integrated into a busy working day — without the stress and time restrictions of a fasting retreat. You have the opportunity to try fasting both in a group and from the comfort of your own home.
We will guide you step by step through all phases of fasting and show you how refreshing, invigorating and strengthening this experience can be. Together, we develop tips suitable for everyday use, set personal goals and create space for open exchange — so you feel supported, motivated and safe throughout the course.
On the first day, we cook and enjoy a nutritious organic vegetable broth together, and on the second day we toast with freshly squeezed juice — a special moment to reflect on our first fasting experiences and find new motivation.
Our courses are deliberately held in small groups, which creates a warm, motivating atmosphere. Here you can relax, socialize and experience fasting in a supportive community of like-minded people.
Fasting course procedure:
Friday — preparation day: instructions on how to prepare for fasting at home
Saturday — fasting meeting: 10:00 — 12:00
Sunday — fasting meeting: 10:00 — 11:00
Sunday afternoon/evening: instructions for reintroducing food at home
Who is the class suitable for?
Important points for all participants:
Fasting may not be appropriate for everyone. Please seek medical advice before participating to check whether fasting is right for you — especially if you have health problems or take medication regularly.
The fasting course offered is an accompanying wellness and prevention program and does not represent medical or therapeutic treatment. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or therapy.
People who are not eligible to participate in our fasting programs:
- Pregnant or breast-feeding people
- Children and adolescents (under 18 years)
- People who are underweight or have eating disorders (e.g. anorexia, bulimia)
- People with serious physical illnesses, such as: cardiovascular disease, severe kidney or liver disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cancer
- people with type 1 diabetes (due to the risk of severe blood sugar fluctuations)
- People who are taking medications that require food intake or may be affected by fasting
- Older adults with frailty or at risk of malnutrition
- People with weakened immune systems or acute infections
