We strengthen the back muscles, mobilize the spine and make the hips smoother. For a strong back and happy hips.

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced yoga enthusiast, this special is suitable for every level.

In addition to exercise, guided meditation also awaits you so that you can also switch off mentally.

How does this experience take place?

We start with a breathing exercise to start the workshop. Here you will be picked up so that you can leave everyday life behind you and fully adapt to yoga practice.

This is followed by a warm-up to prepare ourselves well for the more intensive postures later on. That's when we really start moving: The focus is on backbenders and hip openers, but the entire body is moved, strengthened and mobilized.

After a cool-down, meditation and relaxation follow at the end of the practice.

Who is it suitable for

The workshop is suitable for yoga beginners as well as for more experienced yogis. Everyone can start where they are right now or adjust their positions according to their own abilities.

You should enjoy exercise and not be afraid of it getting a bit warmer while practicing.
