About this class
Yoga for kids is a wonderful way to let off steam, let your imagination run wild and relax. Yoga for children is not only movement, but also relaxation and above all fun.
In children's yoga, children are primarily introduced to yoga exercises in a playful way. It is not about the correct posture of the yoga asanas, but about self-awareness and fun in movement. Would you like to help your child get to know themselves better and be physically active in a fun and creative way? Every hour is a new adventure, during which we travel together — be it to India, to the sea or even into outer space. We turn into superheroes, do an entire yoga session backwards or visit the disco — anything is possible! I always make sure to take your child's individual energy level into account and switch from energetic movement games and yoga asanas to relaxing fantasy trips, massages and child-friendly meditations and breathing exercises. At the end of every hour, we come back to peace and to ourselves.

Everyone is welcome. No previous experience required.
How big are the groups?
All courses take place with max. 8 children. During school holidays, our children's yoga also takes a break.
