About this class
Sometimes it just takes a bit more space to really consciously experience what we're doing on the mat. In this yoga class in Karlsruhe, you will deepen your yoga practice with a mindful presence — without pressure to perform, but with the joy of discovering.
We practice Vinyasa Yoga with a focus on conscious orientation, smooth transitions and the interplay of strength and lightness. Every hour gives you time to focus on your breath, to become clearer in your movement and at the same time to feel inner freedom.
What you’ll do in the class
After a gentle arrival and a short breathing exercise, we flow through creative, harmoniously structured sequences that promote stability, mobility and mindfulness.
You get space to experience postures more consciously, to linger longer and to perceive subtle nuances in your own body. Small corrections and impulses help you to refine your orientation and to feel more deeply.
The end is a regenerating phase of relaxation — and if you like, you can still enjoy a cup of tea and a little chat in the cozy kitchen of the be yogi Campus.
Who is the class suitable for?
For anyone who already has yoga experience and would like to lovingly deepen their practice. Ideal if you want to train your body awareness, refine your breath and center yourself while moving. This course is an invitation to dive deeper — not into the complicated, but into the essentials: breathe, feel, arrive.
