What you’ll do in the class

• Arrive & brief introduction to stress regulation and relaxation
• Gentle warm-up exercises to mobilize and release initial tensions
• Calm yin yoga sequence with conscious breathing • 30-40 minute singing bowl journey while lying down for deep regeneration
• Grounding exercises & meditative integration to gently return • Optional: mindful exchange in the group
• Small tea ceremony or refreshment for a relaxed end


Who is the class suitable for?


This workshop is aimed in particular at women aged around 35 who have a lot of responsibility in everyday life — at work, in the family or for other people — and want to consciously take time for themselves.


It is ideal for anyone who:
• functions and organizes frequently but sets aside their own needs
• suffers from prolonged stress or inner restlessness
• has difficulty switching off in the evening or getting restful sleep
