About this class
In this 5-part yoga class in Karlsruhe, you will learn to understand the language of your nervous system and to regulate it with movement, breath and mindfulness. Each unit opens up new paths for you to inner balance, vitality and trust in the wisdom of your body.

🧘♀️ What is behind it? The language of your nervous system
Our nervous system is the key to physical and emotional wellbeing — and it is only as good as its programming. When we understand the language of our nervous system, we learn what it means to be truly alive.
A healthy nervous system can flexibly switch between tension and relaxation. This flexibility is reflected in a lively, dynamic, mobile body. But our bodies often show us patterns of tension and protective mechanisms, which are expressed in lack of mobility, pain or rigidity — patterns that we have developed over the years.
What you’ll do in the class
It often takes little more than space and presence to give our system the impulse to rediscover its inner harmony and symmetry. Our body is a living, learning organism that strives to use energy as efficiently as possible!
With pulsating and powerful movements in which muscles and fascia do not work in isolation but interlock harmoniously, conscious breathing and a basic tantric posture, we help our body to let go of what it has held and carried for us for so long.
At the be yogi Campus, you will practice in a very protected space — quiet, peaceful and surrounded by green Hardtwald. The small group with a maximum of eight participants creates space for individual support and personal development. After class, there's time for tea and friendly conversations in the cozy kitchen — like a small yoga retreat just around the corner.
Let's drop off our heavy packages together and find the courage to jump into life with an open heart. In practice, we create the resilience we need to enjoy life in all its facets.
Who is the class suitable for?
For anyone who wants to regulate stress, refine their body awareness and develop more inner stability — whether you're a beginner or with experience. Particularly helpful if you notice patterns of tension, restlessness or exhaustion and are looking for a gentle yet effective way of self-regulation. You can adjust the intensity to suit your current condition at any time.
