About this class
At the “Art Meets Systemic Consulting” workshop in Munich on July 19, 2025, an intensive day full of creative self-awareness, exchange and inspiration awaits you. In a sheltered atmosphere, you use colors and inner images to explore your life roles — and find out which of them still suit you. With active meditation, creative impulses and systemic counseling, you will be guided to let go of old patterns and develop new perspectives. A vegan buffet, tea, coffee and summer drinks complete the experience.
What you’ll do in the class
- 9:00 a.m.: Arrive for tea, coffee & snacks
- 9:15 — 10:15: Active meditation with music to let go
- 10:30 — 13:00: Creative painting on the topic of “my roles”
- 13:00: Vegan lunch buffet
- 14:00 — 15:30: Systemic Counseling & Target Work with Michaela
- 3:30 p.m.: Break with tea, coffee & non-alcoholic summer drink
- 3:45 p.m. — 5:00 p.m.: Joint reflection & final round
Who is the class suitable for?
The workshop is aimed specifically at women aged 40 and over who want to gain clarity about their life roles and experience creative methods of self-exploration.
