Class description

Dive into the fascinating world of wild herbs and enjoy a leisurely hike in Salzburg, where you learn how to collect wild herbs and process them into delicious dishes.

How does this activity work?

We start with a wonderful herb hike, which takes about an hour and a half.

When we get back from the hike, there will be a snack so you don't have to cook hungry.

We will then discuss the recipe together, which we will then cook in groups of 2 to 3. We will then cook the discussed recipe.

The cooked food is then, of course, eaten during a cozy get-together.

Who should definitely take part?

For nature lovers, amateur chefs and anyone interested in nature and healthy eating.
