The cheese & wine tasting:
During our exciting wine tasting, we will present you with a carefully selected selection of the best wines from various regions and clearly defined locations. The wines are curated with great dedication to present their unique aromas and flavors and give you an unforgettable experience.
In combination with the wines, five matching organic cheeses await you. From mild and creamy to strong and spicy, there are a variety of flavors to discover. We'll show you which cheese goes best with which wine and how you can find your own perfect combinations.
What you’ll do in the class
- After the welcome with an aperitif, you will receive an introduction to the world of German and international wine and an introduction to the various types of cheese.
- We will then start tasting five selected wines from different growing regions. You will also be served five different types of cheese.
- We provide background information and explanations about the production of each of the wines and cheeses.
