Enjoyment and vino over the rooftops of food? YES! Look forward to lively wines and tapas in Essen!
First of all: this is NOT a sales event!
All you should do is have a nice evening and try great wines from different winemakers in Germany! :-)
Important tips for tasting as flavorfully as possible:
- Please refrain from coffee and chewing gum/ peppermint sweets 1—2 hours in advance
What can I learn during wine tasting in Essen?
- Knowledge of wine-growing regions
- Something about wine sensors (sight — smell — taste)
- Some information about the winery and the respective wine
- The most important thing you'll learn in the course: Wine is lively and fun!

What you’ll do in the class
We start with a sparkling aperitif.
4 selected estate wines from German winemakers are then tasted.
At “halftime”, you can expect crunchy fries with truffle mayo & a Caesar salad (with or without chicken).
During the tasting session, you will receive some information about the winery and the wine itself.
However, you will not be flooded with information, but will receive DAT in full compliance with Ruhrpott :-)
