At the end of the year, you more than deserve a good meal with lovely wine accompaniment!
You'll have even more fun snipping and simmering together. In the end, you can be just as proud of the menu prepared by the team as you are of your annual financial statements!
For a group of up to 12 people, the package price is 2200.00€.
The stated per capita price of 140.00€ is for a group of 24 to 30 people.
All prices are graded according to the number of participants. We would be happy to provide you with an individual offer on request.
The services included in the price can be found below. Additionally possible:
- Projector usage at 60.00€
- Late check-out (room use after the event up to 6:00 in the morning) flat rate of €200.00 (plus drinks)
- Photo documentation at 120,00€ (including at least 100 digital photos for download)
- Table linen based on expenses (cleaning fee)
You can choose from one of our Christmas menus. The menu courses can be interchanged. Adjustments are possible due to the market situation.
Menu 1:
- Fried goat cheese on flower bed carpaccio
- Chestnut cream soup with cognac icing
- Duck breast with apple calvados sauce on crunchy red cabbage and potato gratin Veggi: Fried portobello mushroom with red wine sauce on red cabbage and potato gratin
- Creme brulée with cinnamon on orange sorbet and almond cookie
Menu 2:
- Creole-style papaya salad
- Flamed salmon fillet marinated with sesame and honey on spaghetti squash
- Bunny shoulder in red wine chocolate sauce on parsnip puree
- Chestnut crepe with pan-fried winter fruit on caramel ice cream with salted butter
Menu 3:
- Beetroot tartare with avocado, persimmon and cocoa nibs
- Porcini cappuccino with prawns
- Deer veal loin with blackberry red wine sauce, chestnuts and savoy cabbage vegetables, duchess potato veggi: vegetarian roulade of savoy cabbage with blackberry red wine sauce and duchess potatoes
- Caramelized apple tart with gingerbread ice cream
Menu 4:
- Quinoa cake with blackcurrant and wild mushroom vinaigrette
- French onion soup au gratin
- Confited kohlrabi roll with shallot red wine sauce on Anna potatoes
- Semi-liquid chestnut cake with cognac ice cream
How does this activity work?
We are waiting for you with an aperitif and some “fun bouches”.
We will get to know each other and Claude, our French chef, will explain to you the coordinated Christmas menu, which you will then prepare in small groups under his guidance. After drawing the teams out, they all work together in a lively working atmosphere around our large cooking island for approx. 1.5 to 2 hours.
We only process high-quality, fresh products. Of course, we also provide alternatives for intolerances and vegetarian options by prior arrangement. The stove is friendly and everyone can contribute according to their abilities. While stirring in the pots, team members sometimes get to know each other from the private side. If you don't want to cook yourself, you can help set up the table festively, arrange and serve plates, take pictures or watch the hustle and bustle with a glass in hand while tasting our wines.
When the first course is done, you all go to the table together and enjoy the work of the first team. Good opportunity to give each other feedback and try out how our French wines (red, white, rosé) go well with food. The package includes at least half a bottle per person. If you drink more, you will be charged additionally. Unlimited beer (including non-alcoholic beverages), cola, juices, water and coffee specialties are also available.
The other courses are then completed and served bit by bit, so that enjoyment and cooking alternate over the evening. In between, there are also opportunities for speeches or gift exchanges.
At the end, relax with an espresso or a last glass of wine while we clean up the kitchen. If you want to continue partying in the cooking studio after dinner, you can do so with a small room rental.

For groups of up to 36 people. The minimum turnover is 2200.00 for up to 12 people (including VAT).

You don't have to bring anything else, we provide everything so that you can fully concentrate on cooking and enjoying.
Of course, you are welcome to bring Christmas presents and everything you need for your individual program in addition to cooking.
