While on our tour, we'll pass by the House of History, which houses a memorial center dedicated to Claus Graf Stauffenberg. If the name rings a bell, you might recall Tom Cruise's portrayal of Stauffenberg in the World War II thriller “Valkyrie,” where he attempts to assassinate Hitler. Claus, a native of Stuttgart, played a significant role in the operation.
