About this class

South Tyrol is a very special alpine and wine region. On the steep slopes, cooling evening downwinds create large temperature differences between day and night and create an ideal, airy microclimate. You can taste and smell that from the great wines of this evening.
Friuli, which stretches all the way to the Slovenian border, is also characterized by a special climate, characterized by the Dolomites in the north and the Adriatic Sea in the south, which makes for excellent wines.
