Class description

My vegan cheese workshop deals with alternatives to cheese and other dairy products made from animal milk. It is suitable for anyone who wants to refrain from using animal milk products for ethical or health reasons, as well as, of course, for those who are simply curious about new things.

In my vegan cheese workshop, natural, raw ingredients are used. These include various nuts, almonds, seeds and kernels, spices and herbs as well as live bacterial cultures for fermentation. With these naturally healthy ingredients, you can satisfy your need for healthy fats and proteins. And the live cultures also promote your intestinal health.

In the workshop, you will learn how to make vegan cream cheese, soft cheese or even Camembert. How about cashew cheese with thyme or walnut cheese with figs and green pepper? Cream, creme fraiche and plant-based milk are made in no time at all. You will learn the preparation techniques and tools of all homemade products. Everything we make is not only healthy, but also really delicious!

A homemade chocolate or an exotic plant-based drink will seduce your taste buds. And at the end of the workshop, all prepared dishes are tasted together. You can also take a few small samples home with you.
