In the lovingly furnished Lisoph Ceramics studio, you can dive into the world of pottery — whether using hand-building techniques or at the turntable. You will learn the basics of using clay and create your own ceramic pieces step by step. Lisa-Sophie will accompany you with individual guidance, without pressure to perform and in a relaxed atmosphere.
The course is perfect for beginners, small groups, or as a shared experience with friends. After the course, your works will be fired, glazed on request and will be available for collection later. Sustainable, decelerating and full of creative options — an unforgettable experience for anyone who is interested in sound and design.
What you’ll do in the class
- We start with the manual assembly: you get to know different techniques and form your first pieces.
- Meanwhile, two people can always work on the two pottery wheels. We're taking turns.
- Depending on the size of the group, you can complete around 4 pieces per person in the course.
- I'll be with you every step of the way.
- After the course, your works will dry for about 2 weeks, after which they will be scrubbed.
- Your works are glazed transparently and then fired a second time. If you want, you can book another workshop to glaze yourself - with paints, brushes and lots of creativity.
- After about 3-4 weeks, you can pick up your finished ceramic.
