    . In our society, however, it is becoming an ever greater challenge. However, the downward spiral is by no means inevitable.
    A day full of games, exercises and methods and participants get a basic understanding of their own options for replacing stress with mental strength in the long term.
  • Digital detoxification: Using social media Consciously Social media have changed massively in recent years and have shaped our time.
    WhatsApp, Instagram and the like often keep us unnoticed in their clutches. Meaningful use needs to be learned. A seminar to regain conscious control, think about alternative employment opportunities and possibly even consider taking a digital break - everyone can find their own path.
  • Having time under control again
    1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7... where has my time gone? Nothing is more precious than our time and yet it is often difficult to decide for yourself. This seminar is about getting a conscious overview of your own TIME again, identifying time wasters and getting methods and exercises to be the master of your time again.
