Discover the world of wild herbs with your team — a team event in the midst of nature
Hidden between impressive industrial monuments is Martin's wild herb garden — a place full of life and diversity. Here, your team will experience a special break: A workshop about wild plants, combined with a joint cooking experience on an open fire.
Martin takes you through the world of edible wild herbs, shows how to recognize and use them and understand their healing properties. You will then process the collected ingredients in a thematically appropriate workshop.
The focus of our events varies depending on the season and depends on what nature currently offers.
- From March to May, the focus is on wild herbs — we discover the first edible plants and learn how to use them
- From May to September, everything revolves around wild fruits, berries and their various uses
- Starting in September, we will focus on mushrooms and dive into the fascinating world of wild and meadow mushrooms
Each season brings new flavors and exciting discoveries!
The culinary highlight is a three-course meal prepared over an open fire. The dishes pick up on what you've learned and let you discover flavors that have almost been forgotten.
Our location in the heart of Berlin's urban nature combines traditional knowledge with modern perspectives. We value sustainable ingredients from the region and a conscious experience of nature and craftsmanship.

Gerne servieren wir auch einen oder zwei zusätzliche Gänge, um Ihre kulinarische Erfahrung zu bereichern.

Gerne nehmen wir Euch auch mit zu unserer Naturlocation nach Finowfurt bei Eberswalde. Hier haben wir unsere Location an einem verlassenen Wald eines Schlossgutes aufgebaut. Direkt an der Finow gelegen, bieten wir tolle Wanderungen durch Wald und Wiesen entlang der Finow an. Die Anreise kann individuell gestaltet werden. Selbstverständlich bieten wir auch einen Shuttle-Service aus Berlin oder Eberswalde an.
