Discover the world of wild herbs with your team — a team event surrounded by nature
Hidden on the grounds of an abandoned castle estate lies an original forest, right on the riverbank. Nature has reclaimed its realm here — wild, dense and full of life. In this special environment, your team will experience an extraordinary break: a workshop about wild plants, combined with a joint cooking experience on an open fire.
Together, you will dive into the world of edible wild herbs, learn about their characteristics and learn how they can be used and processed — including their healing properties. You will then prepare the collected ingredients together in a thematically appropriate workshop.
In the rhythm of nature
The focus of our events is based on what nature currently offers:
March to May: First edible wild herbs and their uses
May to September: Focus on wild fruits and berries
From September: mushrooms from forests and meadows — collecting and processing
Each season brings new flavors and exciting discoveries!
Culinary end by the fire
The highlight of the day is a four-course meal prepared directly over an open fire. The dishes take up what you have learned and allow you to rediscover flavors that have almost been forgotten.

12:00 — Arrival in Finowfurth (exact location after ticket purchase)

Gerne nehmen wir Euch auch mit zu unserer Naturlocation nach Finowfurt bei Eberswalde. Hier haben wir unsere Location an einem verlassenen Wald eines Schlossgutes aufgebaut. Direkt an der Finow gelegen, bieten wir tolle Wanderungen durch Wald und Wiesen entlang der Finow an. Die Anreise kann individuell gestaltet werden. Selbstverständlich bieten wir auch einen Shuttle-Service aus Berlin oder Eberswalde an.
