Rustici
Sizilianische Rustici sind ein Hefeteig aus Brioche, typisch für die sizilianische Küche, insbesondere in Palermo, wo sie auch Rosticceria Palermitana genannt werden!
Wir bereiten einen Teig aus Mehl, Hefe, Wasser und Butter zu, der eine Brioche-ähnliche Konsistenz hat und aus dem Sie viele Rustici zubereiten können: Pizzette, Rollò mit Würstchen, sizilianische Mini-Calzone, herzhafte Croissants, gefüllte Dreiecke oder rustikale Brötchen!
Mit ihrem leicht süßlichen, neutralen Geschmack und der sehr weichen Konsistenz, die beim Reinbeißen zergeht, werden Sie sich auf den ersten Blick verlieben!

Explore the rich history, culture, and symbolism of Sicily through the art of Sicilian cuisine.
From traditional dishes to diverse variations, our classes offer a comprehensive experience.
With a duration ranging from 3 to 4 hours, participants are immersed in the culinary traditions of Sicily.
We provide all the essentials, ensuring a seamless experience, complete with a welcome drink, UNLIMITED Sicilian red and white wine, shots, and water throughout the class.
At the end of the class each participant will receive a recipe booklet complete with all the information given during the class.
Ideal as dinner event with friends, your partner and especially great for solo enthusiasts; during our public classes indeed you will meet new people and create great connections through food.
We also offer private events such as team-building and company events, bachelor parties, weddings, birthdays and any occasion you want to celebrate with an authentic taste of Sicily in the heart of the city.
