Panelle & Crocche
If in Palermo street food needed a flag, this would be the color of the panelle. It is a sort of salty pancakes made with chickpea flour, usually eaten on the street, inside a loaf of bread. Cut into smaller shapes, they are generally together with crocchè, pan-fried potato croquettes, also known as cazzilli.

From traditional dishes to diverse variations, our classes offer a comprehensive experience.
With a duration ranging from 3 to 4 hours, participants are immersed in the culinary traditions of Sicily.
We provide all the essentials, ensuring a seamless experience, complete with a welcome drink, UNLIMITED Sicilian red and white wine, shots, and water throughout the class.
At the end of the class each participant will receive a recipe booklet complete with all the information given during the class.
Ideal as dinner event with friends, your partner and especially great for solo enthusiasts; during our public classes indeed you will meet new people and create great connections through food.
