About this class
Our popular city tour is a great combination of strolling, driving pleasure and new perspectives. You will explore the city in an unusually relaxed way. You move around the places and pace of a walker as a matter of course, but at the same time you can step up a notch where you have to travel. A Segway opens up a whole new way to discover the sights and beautiful corners of Würzburg with a lot of spirit. For example, look forward to the green Ring Park, the banks of the Main with the Old Main Bridge and its lively hustle and bustle, the Residence and the Town Hall.
What you’ll do in the class
As with all our guided tours, we start with a welcome from our guides/instructors. A liability disclaimer must then be signed by each participant. After everyone has put on their helmets, the theoretical briefing takes place. This is followed by a detailed practical presentation. Everyone is now led (not alone) onto a Segway by a guide and introduced to their basic movements. From here on, everyone has to practice, practice and practice again. It only starts after everyone has mastered the Segway.
One to several breaks are taken during and depending on the duration of the tour. These can be used both for taking pictures, drinking or smoking. With our standardized tours, the start and finish are ALWAYS the same.
At the end of the tour, the Segway and, if applicable, the helmet must be returned.
Who is the class suitable for?
The following applies to guided tours:
Minimum age 14 years*. There is no maximum age.
Participation during pregnancy is not recommended.

All rule-based and guided tours last either 1.5 hours or 2.0 hours or 2.5 hours. Minimum number of participants is 3 participants. A maximum of 14 can take part in the rule-based tour and under the known conditions. Individual projects must be requested separately. 15+ years of experience.
